Job Title: Regional Manager – Fintech (Vietnam – Any City)

Location: Any major city in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Can Tho, Nha Trang, etc.) – the office will be opened in the selected candidate’s city of residence.

Assetara Limited is an international fintech company developing an AI-powered platform for financial analytics and algorithmic trading. We are actively expanding in Southeast Asia and opening a representative office in Vietnam.

Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and independent Regional Manager who will become the face of the company in Vietnam: open and single-handedly run a new office in your city, attract clients, and consult them on using our AI trading and investment platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently set up and manage the company office in your city (rent, equipment, local registration – fully funded and supported by us).
• Conduct in-person and online (Zoom) consultations for clients.
• Attract new platform users through local networking, distributing promotional materials, and participating in business events.
• Order branded materials from local printing services.
• Maintain reporting and coordinate with headquarters.

Requirements:

• Currently living in any major city in Vietnam.
• Good spoken English (B2 or higher) + Vietnamese.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, client service, management, or business development (preferably in IT, fintech, investments, or crypto).
• Strong self-organization and ability to work independently.
• Desire to earn well and grow with a fast-growing international company.

We Offer:

• Official employment under Vietnamese labor law (social insurance, health insurance, paid leave, 13th-month salary).
• Base salary: 15–18 million VND/month during the launch period → 25–35 million VND/month after the office is fully operational.
• Commission up to 8% of attracted client revenue – total monthly income can easily exceed 100–150 million VND with active performance.
